When I was 15 years old in my junior/senior years of high school I was secretly playing League of Legends professionally (flying to MLG/IEM/WCG tournaments alone in Korea, Europe etc) while doing IB HL + college math classes and sleeping like 4 hours a night.

Real talk if Fearless draft existed in competitive League when I was still playing pro I could have actually become the Prodigy of the New Millennium and helped win Worlds for NA. Wonder if its ever too late to unshackle the champion galaxy and make one last run for the throne...

Sit down friends and I'll share some thoughts. As the most prolific theorycrafter and meta breaker in League's history, here is my perspective on the "off meta" discussion.
The META is an illusion. It has always been a false psychological oasis for players and teams to conform to what is considered safe, to follow the status quo, that way if you happen to lose the picks are not to blame. The true magic of League is that you can actually play any combination of champions and strategies you want!

maaaan, been watchin worlds and these whippersnappin top laners barely even falling behind in laneswap meta... 馃槨 back in my day, LCS teams would just let their top laners (me) end laning phase 4 levels down with zero gold.
